Apartment Leasing Consultant
Location: Louisville, KY
Pay: $18–$20/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Career Strategies is hiring an experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant for an apartment community in Louisville, KY! If you have a strong customer service background, leasing experience, and are comfortable using Yardi CRM, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome prospective and current residents while providing outstanding customer service
- Conduct apartment tours and assist with the leasing process from application to move-in
- Answer incoming calls and handle front desk/reception responsibilities
- Process applications, lease documents, and resident paperwork
- Maintain accurate records using Yardi CRM
- Assist with resident inquiries and administrative tasks
- Support daily office operations in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Previous apartment leasing experience preferred
- Experience with Yardi CRM strongly preferred
- Excellent customer service, sales, and communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette and receptionist experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
