HVAC Maintenance Technician – New Orleans, LA
Certified Apartment Staffing is currently seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in New Orleans, LA 70131.
We are looking for a dependable, hands-on maintenance professional who has strong HVAC experience and is available to start immediately. The ideal candidate is confident troubleshooting HVAC systems, completing apartment turns and work orders, and keeping the property running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems
- Complete preventative maintenance and service requests
- Perform general apartment maintenance and repairs
- Assist with make-ready and turnover work as needed
- Respond to work orders in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and property staff
Requirements
- HVAC experience is required
- Previous apartment or multifamily maintenance experience strongly preferred
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple work orders
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Must be available to start immediately
