Position Title:Commercial Building Cleaner
Reports To:Supervisor
Location: Indian Hill, OH
Basic Function: Ensure the accounts they are assigned to are being cleaned according to specifications.
Major Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Clean on assigned night</li>
<li>Clean to specification</li>
<li>Clean within budget hours</li>
<li>Clean to have green ratings 100% of time.</li>
<li>Report concerns to AM. (example: maintenance, safety issues of building)</li>
<li>Follow procedures</li>
<li>Calling off before cutoff time</li>
<li>Requesting time off with due advance</li>
<li>Clock in and out on job site</li>
<li>Listening to AM messages</li>
<li>Reporting to AM of your need for chemical, equipment etc</li>
<li>Keeping equipment in good repair</li>
<li>Keeping janitorial closet neat</li>
<li>Wear assigned uniform</li>
<li>Maintain confidentiality and safety standards</li>
