Job DescriptionEssential Duties and Responsibilities
Office and Administrative Areas
- Clean and maintain individual administrative offices, management offices, and shared workspaces.
- Dust office furniture, desks, filing cabinets, shelves, windowsills, and other surfaces.
- Vacuum carpets and rugs in offices, hallways, conference rooms, and reception areas.
- Sweep and mop hard-surface flooring.
- Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners.
- Clean interior glass, office doors, and entryways.
- Sanitize frequently touched surfaces including desks, door handles, light switches, and handrails.
Restrooms
- Clean and sanitize toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, counters, and fixtures.
- Refill soap, paper towels, toilet tissue, and other restroom supplies.
- Maintain restroom cleanliness and report any maintenance concerns.
Common Areas
- Maintain cleanliness of reception areas, conference rooms, break rooms, hallways, lobbies, and elevator areas.
- Clean and sanitize break room tables, countertops, sinks, refrigerators, and microwaves.
- Ensure common areas remain organized, presentable, and free of clutter.
Safety and Maintenance
- Follow all company safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
- Properly use and store cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies.
- Identify and report maintenance needs, safety hazards, or supply shortages.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while working in administrative and management office areas.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
