Job DescriptionEssential Duties and Responsibilities
Office and Administrative Areas

  • Clean and maintain individual administrative offices, management offices, and shared workspaces.
  • Dust office furniture, desks, filing cabinets, shelves, windowsills, and other surfaces.
  • Vacuum carpets and rugs in offices, hallways, conference rooms, and reception areas.
  • Sweep and mop hard-surface flooring.
  • Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners.
  • Clean interior glass, office doors, and entryways.
  • Sanitize frequently touched surfaces including desks, door handles, light switches, and handrails.

Restrooms

  • Clean and sanitize toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, counters, and fixtures.
  • Refill soap, paper towels, toilet tissue, and other restroom supplies.
  • Maintain restroom cleanliness and report any maintenance concerns.

Common Areas

  • Maintain cleanliness of reception areas, conference rooms, break rooms, hallways, lobbies, and elevator areas.
  • Clean and sanitize break room tables, countertops, sinks, refrigerators, and microwaves.
  • Ensure common areas remain organized, presentable, and free of clutter.

Safety and Maintenance

  • Follow all company safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
  • Properly use and store cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies.
  • Identify and report maintenance needs, safety hazards, or supply shortages.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while working in administrative and management office areas.

Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
