Lumark has an exciting job opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in support of the United States Navy (USN) Military Sealift Command (MSC) team onsite – this is an IMMEDIATE OPENING on an ACTIVE CONTRACT through 2029.

Duties
\n
- \n
- General maintenance services and repairs in the areas of plumbing, plastering, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, electrical, and machinery.
- Facilities preventative maintenance, repair, removal, disposal, and general upkeep.
- Tools, inventory management & job tracking.
- Building and facility inspections.
- Specialized facilities maintenance work.

Qualifications
\n
- \n
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Currently hold or have recently held at minimum a DoD Secret Clearance.
- Must currently reside in or near San Diego, CA and be able to commute to the MSC work location.
- 4-8 years of relevant experience.

- Compensation: $24 Hourly Rate.
- Hours: 40 Hours a week.
- Location: Onsite 5 days a week.
