Full-Time Third Shift Security Officer – Pottstown, PAMonday–Friday | 10:00 PM–6:00 AM | Full-Time

We’re hiring a Full-Time Third Shift Security Officer for a client in Pottstown, PA that provides important services to an underserved population. This is more than a typical security position. You’ll work closely with the client’s staff to help maintain a safe, secure, and supportive environment for the people they serve.

What You'll Do
Your primary focus will be exterior patrols, observation, communication, and teamwork. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting regular exterior patrols of the property, grounds, parking areas, and designated areas.
- Maintaining a visible security presence.
- Working in pairs as required by site procedures.
- Supporting the client's staff during challenging or difficult situations.
- Responding appropriately to disturbances, security concerns, and other incidents.
- Observing and reporting unusual or potentially unsafe activity.
- Helping maintain a safe environment for clients, staff, and visitors.
- Communicating clearly with client personnel and your security team.
- Completing accurate activity logs and incident reports.
- Following site-specific post orders, procedures, and client requirements.
- Obtaining and maintaining required certifications and clearances.

Security experience is a plus, but the right attitude and work ethic matter just as much.
Required Site Certification
Employees must be willing to obtain Phazzer non-lethal CEW certification as required by the site. Training and certification must be completed to meet site requirements for assigned shifts.
