Compensation:
$200,000 at plan commission
Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a team of real estate professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration

Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with our company's mission and drive market growth in the Charleston-North Charleston area

Utilize cutting-edge technology and AI tools to streamline processes, enhance client experiences, and optimize team performance

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and community stakeholders to enhance our brand's reputation and market presence

Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to team members, empowering them to reach their full potential and advance their careers

Analyze market trends and data to identify opportunities for growth and innovation, ensuring our team remains at the forefront of the industry

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with marketing, operations, and customer service initiatives, ensuring a seamless client journey
Qualifications:
Required:

Active South Carolina real estate license (required)

Active in Charleston, South Carolina

1–3 years of experience as a practicing real estate agent with a track record of closed production

Demonstrated experience leading, managing, or mentoring a team in any professional setting

Strong communicator; effective one-on-one, comfortable on the phone, and clear in writing

High energy, self-directed, and consistent — you follow through without being chased

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stay on top of your pipeline

Comfortable working in CRM and recruiting platforms (Follow Up Boss, WizeHire, Indeed, or similar)

Knowledge of the South Carolina real estate market; local roots matter here
Preferred:

Experience with real estate team operations, recruiting, or agent development

Active social media presence or comfort using digital platforms for professional outreach

Background in sales coaching, training, or accountability systems

Familiarity with lead generation tools and lead management workflows
