Job DescriptionGroundskeeper / Facility Maintenance Associate Full-Time | $18–$19 per hour&nbsp; Crucial Link is hiring a Groundskeeper / Facility Maintenance Associate for an outdoor facility. This role helps keep the grounds and facilities clean, safe, and ready for customers. What You’ll Do
<ul>
<li>Maintain outdoor grounds and common areas</li>
<li>Perform general cleanup and basic facility maintenance</li>
<li>Help prepare the property for daily operations and customer visits</li>
<li>Report&nbsp;maintenance or safety concerns&nbsp;to&nbsp;management</li>
<li>Interact with customers in a courteous, professional manner</li>
</ul>
Required Schedule
<ul>
<li>Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM</li>
<li>Wednesday: 9:00 AM–9:00 PM</li>
<li>Remaining weekday hours can be arranged to complete a&nbsp;40-hour workweek</li>
</ul>
 Applicants must be available for&nbsp;both Saturday and Sunday, as well as the full Wednesday shift. What We’re Looking For

<li>Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions</li>
<li>Dependable and able to work the required schedule</li>
<li>Willing to perform hands-on grounds and maintenance tasks</li>
<li>Able to follow job-related dress and safety standards while working with customers</li>
<li>Forklift experience preferred, but not required</li>
