As a Maintenance Operations Lead, your role is to strategically manage and develop the Maintenance team, align their goals with organizational objectives, and act as the bridge between various stakeholders from customers to manufacturing staff. Embrace the role of mentor, trainer, and supervisor within our facility.
Responsibilities Include:
- Team Management: Lead and evaluate the performance of a diverse team, ensuring alignment with company standards and legal compliance.
- Operational Efficiency: Maintain a pristine 5S environment, inspection of machinery, and address any operational disruptions proactively.
- Employee Relations: Mediate and resolve employee issues, elevate unresolved concerns as needed, and manage all disciplinary actions.
- Continuous Improvement: Train and prepare your team for future challenges and growth opportunities.
- Corporate Representation: Participate in meetings and deliver insights to improve maintenance operations thoroughly.
- Regulatory Compliance: Commit to safety and health standards while adhering to company procedures.
Expertise Required:
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Makers Pride processes, NFPA 70E protocols, and EAM, SAP systems.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in electrical systems, PLC troubleshooting, and blueprint analysis.
- Management Skills: Strong capabilities in conflict resolution and personnel management.
- Communication: Proficiency in delivering presentations, resolving inquiries, and handling diverse communication formats.
Technological Proficiency:
- Competent in 120/208/240/480 voltage systems and PLC technologies.
Workplace Experience:
- Adapts to high-pressure situations and multitasks effectively.

- Facilitates effective communication between departments and diverse management tiers.
Physical and Mental Resilience:

Qualifications:
- College degree or relevant experience in manufacturing leadership is favored.
- 3-5 years supervisory experience essential, ideally in non-union settings.
