Grounds Maintenance Worker / Landscaping Equipment Operator
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $16-$18
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating a zero-turn lawn mower and other professional landscaping equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate zero-turn lawn mowers safely and efficiently
- Perform mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and general grounds maintenance
- Operate professional landscaping equipment and power tools
- Maintain lawns, landscaping areas, and outdoor grounds
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance on job sites
- Work independently and as part of a team
Requirements:
- Previous experience operating a zero-turn lawn mower
- Experience using professional landscaping equipment
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, lifting, and bending
- A valid driver's license is preferred
- Previous commercial landscaping or grounds maintenance experience is preferred
