HUD Leasing / Assistant / Community Manager – Contract to Hire
Location: Seattle, WA 98105
Pay: $25–27/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Join a multifamily team needing experienced HUD professionals to support critical resident file completion and recertifications. This contract‑to‑hire opportunity is ideal for seasoned leasing, assistant, or community managers with strong HUD knowledge.
Job Description (Responsibilities):
- Complete and audit resident files for HUD compliance
- Process property‑based vouchers (not Housing Choice)
- Perform 50059 certifications and recertifications
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of compliance documentation
- Maintain Fair Housing standards
Qualifications (Required):
- HUD experience required
- 50059 housing experience required
- Experience with property‑based vouchers required
- Multifamily apartment industry experience
- Property management software experience (Yardi, OneSite)
- Fair Housing compliance knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and file management skills
