Responsibilities
\n
- \n
- Lead the maintenance department, providing day-to-day management, training, coaching, and development of technicians
- Develop and manage a cost-effective preventive maintenance program, including proper scheduling of all work
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain corrugated plant machinery, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Ensure full compliance with safety policies, including Lockout/Tag-out, while actively supporting the plant safety program
- Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and waste reduction

Qualifications:
\n
- \n
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Electrical certification preferred
- Corrugated packaging industry experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of mechanical machinery and practical mechanical & electrical aptitude
- Ability to use shop tools and equipment including drill press, grinders, welders, and oxy-acetylene torch
- Solid understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to read and interpret both electrical and mechanical drawings
- Fully computer literate in Microsoft environment
