We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at a well-maintained 175-unit apartment community in Lindenwold, NJ. What You'll Do
- Complete apartment turns (make-readies) to prepare homes for new residents.
- Diagnose and perform repairs in plumbing, electrical, appliance, and HVAC systems.
- Handle carpentry, tile work, and general maintenance projects.
- Respond to resident service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency maintenance needs.
- Help maintain the overall appearance, safety, and quality of the community.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily housing.
- HVAC/AC experience required.
- Strong skills in:
- Carpentry
- Tile work
- Apartment make-readies
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Appliance repair
- Basic computer skills for work orders and maintenance tracking.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
