Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Apartment Leasing Specialist to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for showcasing apartment homes, assisting prospective residents through the leasing process, and providing excellent customer service to current residents.
This position plays a key role in helping maintain strong occupancy and creating a positive experience for residents and prospects. Leasing specialists typically handle property tours, marketing available units, processing applications, and supporting daily office operations. ()
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist prospective residents in person, online, and by phone
- Conduct apartment and community tours
- Respond to leasing inquiries and follow up with prospects
- Process rental applications and lease agreements
- Maintain leasing records and update property management systems
- Support move-in and move-out processes
- Provide excellent customer service to residents
- Assist with marketing available units and community events
Qualifications:
- Previous apartment leasing or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with property management software is a plus
Schedule:
Monday – Friday 9-6 Every Saturday 10-5
