Responsibilities
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our showroom, office spaces, and service areas.
Empty waste receptacles and ensure recycling is managed according to facility standards.
Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces in restrooms and break rooms to ensure a healthy environment.
Monitor supply levels and inform the management team when cleaning inventory needs to be replenished.
Handle occasional heavy lifting or furniture moving as required for dealership events.
Report any maintenance concerns, such as light outages or plumbing issues, to the facilities lead promptly.
Requirements
Prior experience in commercial cleaning or custodial maintenance.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Valid driver's license.
Understanding of safe handling practices for cleaning chemicals and equipment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
