Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Rover Security Officer for an ultra-luxurious condominium in Miami Beach, Florida. This role is ideal for an experienced security professional who excels in patrolling, resident interaction, and maintaining a strong security presence in a high-end residential environment.
The ideal candidate understands that luxury security requires exceptional customer service, discretion, and strict adherence to post orders and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interior and exterior patrols of the property
- Monitor common areas, amenities, and access points
- Interact with residents and guests in a courteous, professional manner
- Identify, report, and respond to security concerns or suspicious activity
- Enforce property rules and community standards
- Follow all post orders, SOPs, and company policies
- Complete accurate patrol logs and incident reports
Requirements
- Minimum of 2–3 years of security experience preferred
- Condominium or high-end residential experience strongly preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Must meet all state licensing and company requirements
- Reliable transportation to and from the property
