Position Title: Apartment Groundskeeper / Porter
Location: Beaverton, OR
Hours: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (30-minute lunch break; schedule subject to change)

We’re looking for a dedicated Groundskeeper/Day Porter to help keep our apartment community in top shape and looking its best!
What You’ll Do:
As our Apartment Groundskeeper, you’ll be the face of our property’s curb appeal. Your daily tasks will include:
- Lawn mowing, trimming, and basic landscaping
- Planting flowers or shrubs to enhance appearance
- General clean-up of the property and amenities
- Light painting and small repair tasks
- Supporting janitorial and light maintenance work as needed
You’ll work in a peaceful, well-maintained environment and have the opportunity to grow your skills in property maintenance—with potential for pay increases and advancement within the company.

Requirements:
- No prior experience necessary – we’ll train the right person
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Physically able to perform grounds-related tasks (lifting, bending, walking, etc.)
