Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Leasing Manager to lease and manage existing tenants at our apartment complex. We have an excellent commission structure! This is a fantastic opportunity to improve your knowledge in the property management industry and work with a great company that encourages upward movement.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Minimum 2 years of apartment "leasing experience" is a must
2. Ability to multi task and problem solve issues before escalating to the property manager
3. Please only apply if you have experience with leasing
4. If you are a realtor please do not apply
5. Excellent communication skills in English is expected
6. Experience in written communication
7. Hard worker who can take emergency calls over the weekend if required. If you are not willing to work hard and achieve results, this is not the job for you
8. The office is open on Saturdays. You will be expected to share hours. If you are not open to working a few hours on Saturdays every now and then, please do not apply
9. Candidate needs to be a problem solver and solve tenant issues
