Apartment Leasing Agents Needed
We are currently hiring Apartment Leasing Agents to work in the property management industry.
Apartment Leasing Agent Responsibilities:
- Collect rent payments and deliver late notices
- Provide excellent customer service to all residents and potential residents
- Filing of lease agreements, late notices, rent payments, etc
- Apartment Leasing Agents are responsible for posting all marketing ads
- Submit work order requests
Requirements of an Apartment Leasing Agent:
- Great Customer Service
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to accomplishing daily responsibilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to work SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS
- Apartment Leasing Agents must have basic Fair Housing knowledge.
