Full time Maintenance assistant – perform basic activities related to maintenance and upkeep of building and grounds; minimum 1 year experience in building maintenance and other tasks as requested by facility manager; experience helpful in painting, light carpentry, plumbing/electrical, HVAC and building systems.
Also includes driving residents to and from scheduled appointments.
Must have valid drivers license in state of MA in good standing
