Job Title: Maintenance Associate

Location: Carmichaels, PA (15320)

Duration: 3 Months (High Possibility of extension)

Hourly Rate: XX20–XX24XX

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday
• Timings: 5:00am – 1:30pm or 5:00am – 3:30pm
• Shift: Either 8hrs or 10hrs, weekly 40hrs
• Rotation: 5 days on 2 days off

Job Overview

The Maintenance Associate supports maintenance operations to ensure equipment is delivered on time and meets operational requirements. Work is performed under the supervision of a Maintenance Supervisor or Technician. This role contributes to cost efficiency, productivity, and equipment availability within maintenance facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Build production trees for oilfield operations
• Operate cranes to move heavy valves and bolt components together
• Use hydraulic torque wrenches, air impact wrenches, and manual torque tools
• Assist with hose cleanup and organization (forklift for heavy lifting)
• Follow Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) standards and procedures
• Accurately enter maintenance data into business systems
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain required competencies per TLM guidelines

Experience & Skills

• Required
  • No minimum experience (mechanical experience is a plus)
• Top Skills:
  • Ability to work well with a team
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Physical strength for handling heavy tools and hoses
• Preferred (Nice to Have)
  • Experience with hydraulic torque tools or air impact wrenches
  • Exposure to hydraulic test bays
  • Painting experience (future requirement)
  • Small diesel engine repair experience
