- Guiding Divorcing Clients — handling complex transactions with sensitivity and skill

Compensation:
$125,000 - $185,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Represent buyers and sellers through every stage of the real estate transaction process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in your specialty area (Seniors, Builders, or Divorcing Clients)
- Develop customized sales strategies and marketing plans to grow your client base
- Collaborate with team leaders to establish and execute your personalized 1–10 year exit plan
- Attend meetings, training sessions, and team events to stay ahead of market trends
- Maintain accurate client records and communications through our CRM system
- Provide exceptional service and uphold our professional and ethical standards
Qualifications:
- Active Real Estate License (required)
- Minimum 1 year of real estate experience preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills
- Experience or interest in one or more specialty areas: Seniors, Builders, or Divorcing Clients
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset and commitment to professional development
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools for marketing and communication
