Role Description The Maintenance Technician role is a full-time, on-site position based in Orlando, FL. This role is responsible for performing routine and emergency maintenance on building systems, equipment, and apartment interiors, including minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC support, and carpentry tasks. Daily activities include diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues, completing resident service requests, conducting unit turns, and ensuring common areas and amenities are in good working order. The Maintenance Technician will perform preventive maintenance, maintain tools and equipment, and follow safety and regulatory standards. This role collaborates with the property management and maintenance team to support a well-maintained, safe, and comfortable community for residents.

- Candidates should possess skills in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair.
- Candidates should possess skills in Preventive Maintenance.
- Experience in residential or multifamily property maintenance is preferred.
- Ability to read and follow work orders, safety procedures, and basic technical documentation.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly with residents and team members.
- Ability to lift moderate weights, work on ladders, and perform physically active tasks safely.
- Availability to work some evenings, weekends, and participate in on-call rotation as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical training or certifications (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical) are a plus.
