We are looking for a Part time Apartment Maintenance Technician to undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of premises in Mount Shasta!
Location: Mt. Shasta, Ca
Position: Part-Time Maintenance Technician
Pay: $20–$22 per hour
Schedule: 20 hours per week, Tuesday–Friday, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM
This role is great for someone with a sense of team work that enjoys a fast paced environment.
Day shift
Job Requirements:
- Perform routine maintenance around the property.
- Repair broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures
- Maintain, clean, and service equipment.
- Inspect for and repair damage to building surfaces.
- Work on damaged electrical wiring when a shortage or severed wire occurs
- Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.
- Fix electrical issues
Job Qualifications:
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Have reliable transportation
- Have valid driver's license and active car insurance
- 2+ years experience in maintenance, plumbing, and electrical
- Previous apartment tech is a plus
- Must possess great customer service
