Badger Talent Solutions is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic for a full-time, first-shift role based in Brookfield, WI. This position plays a vital role in maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of production machinery and equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair a variety of metalworking machines and equipment
- Perform electrical installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance on plant systems and controls
- Install, align, and fit machine components; machine complex replacement parts when needed
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and ladder diagrams
- Perform millwright duties, including equipment removal and installation
- Support emergency repairs during off-hours and assist other maintenance team members
- Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout, and maintain a clean and safe work area
Qualifications:
- 4–5 years of experience in machine maintenance, specifically in CNC machine maintenance
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic control systems
- Skilled in machining and precision fitting of components
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation
