United Staffing is seeking a dependable, motivated, and experienced On-Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations and manage employees at an assigned worksite.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage employees on-site.
- Coordinate daily staffing and work schedules.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and employee performance.
- Ensure employees follow company policies and safety procedures.
- Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues.
- Communicate effectively with management and clients.
- Maintain accurate attendance and staffing records.
- Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous management or supervisory experience REQUIRED.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple employees and responsibilities.
- Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule
- Availability required between 5:30 AM and 6:00 PM.
- Must be flexible and dependable.
