As the Multi-Family Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:

Screening and approval of applications, qualifying prospective residents per requirements outlined in the Tenant Selection criteria.
Preparation and completion of CCHO certification documentation required for admission, as well as tracking/completion of annual and interim re-certifications.
Approaching tenant/landlord relations in a proactive manner and resolving resident complaints.
Providing continual guidance to tenants via tenant meetings, mailed notices, and one-on-one communication regarding requirements of the lease, Code provisions and the Section-8 program.
Collection of monthly rents and other ancillary income.
Monitoring delinquencies and taking necessary steps to collect including but not limited to making personal contact, drafting written notice, and initiating the eviction process.
Regular inspection of apartments, buildings, and grounds.

Housing Manager Minimum Salary: $ 22.00/hour

Housing Manager Maximum Salary: $ 25.00/hour

Housing Manager Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (37.5 hours/week)

Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Property Management (Bachelor's preferred) or a related field
1 - 3 years of experience working with a diverse population
3 - 5 years of experience in leasing/property management
Valid Driver's License, proof of current car insurance and registration, access to a reliable working vehicle
Must have a personal cell phone
