Compensation:
$100,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities:
- Meet with buyers and understand their goals and needs
- Help clients find and evaluate homes
- Conduct property showings
- Guide buyers through the home-buying process
- Prepare and negotiate offers and contracts
- Manage clients from consultation through closing
- Follow up with leads and clients using our CRM and sales systems
- Build referrals and repeat business through exceptional service
- Participate in sales training, coaching, and team meetings
Qualifications: What We’re Looking For
- Active Texas Real Estate License required
- Full-time commitment to real estate sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Listing or sales experience preferred
- Skilled in market analysis and pricing
- Organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented
- Coachable, driven, and results-focused
