Job Description
Candidate will report to the Site Manager and have the following responsibilities:
- Vacant unit reconditioning
- Maintenance inspections and repairs
- Ground maintenance and snow removal as needed throughout entire site
- Tenant work orders
- Preventative maintenance
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Oral and written communication skills
- General maintenance - HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
- Must possess a valid drivers licence
Work Hours: Monday thru Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Rotating after hours and weekends on-call with other maintenance staff.
