We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and understands that every repair contributes to the guest experience.

What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll help ensure every part of our hotel is operating safely, efficiently, and beautifully.
Responsibilities include:
- Complete guest room maintenance and repairs
- Perform preventative maintenance throughout the hotel
- Respond to guest maintenance requests promptly and professionally
- Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, appliances, doors, locks, furniture, and general building systems
- Assist with seasonal maintenance including snow removal, landscaping, and exterior upkeep
- Help maintain pools, mechanical equipment, boilers, and life safety systems as needed
- Complete work orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized maintenance shops and storage areas
- Assist with painting, drywall repairs, carpentry, and cosmetic improvements
- Identify maintenance concerns before they become guest issues
- Follow all OSHA, safety, and hotel operating procedures
- Work closely with Housekeeping, Front Desk, and other departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences
The Ideal Candidate Is:
- Experienced in hotel, apartment, commercial building, or general maintenance (preferred but not required)
- Comfortable using hand and power tools safely
- Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting skills
- Dependable, self-motivated, and organized
- Able to prioritize multiple projects throughout the day
- Friendly and professional when interacting with guests
- Willing to learn and continually develop new skills
- Available to work occasional weekends, holidays, or emergency situations as needed
Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift, push, or carry up to 50 lbs.
- Stand, walk, climb ladders, kneel, bend, crawl, and reach throughout the day
- Work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Safely operate maintenance equipment and tools
- Comfortable working around cleaning chemicals, mechanical equipment, and maintenance materials
