Title: Corporate Quality Control Manager
Location: Roberts, WI
Travel: ~60%+ between 8x Manufacturing Facilities (Located in WI, IL, & IN)
Salary: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00
Job Summary:
The Corporate Quality Control Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring consistent quality standards across multiple production facilities within a designated region. This role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations, customer specifications, and internal standards. The Corporate Quality Control Manager leads a team of quality technicians and works closely with plant managers to identify and resolve quality issues, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. They also analyze data from inspections and testing to identify trends, recommend corrective actions, conduct audits, training programs, and collaboration with R&D and operations teams are key components of the role.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
· Conducts inspections and testing throughout various stages of production to ensure materials and finished products meet established quality standards.
· Leads and mentors quality control technicians, assigning responsibilities and supporting their professional development.
· Collaborates with Plant Foremen and Batch Plant Operators to coordinate production schedules and address any quality-related concerns.
· Oversees the implementation and consistency of Quality System Manuals (QSMs) across all locations.
· Observes and evaluates production processes including setup, casting, stripping, and storage to identify and resolve quality issues.
· Establishes and enforces standardized inspection procedures and reporting formats to improve consistency and clarity in quality documentation.
· Performs audits of plant operations to verify adherence to quality protocols and communicates findings to the Corporate QC Manager.
· Manages and evaluates accelerated curing practices to ensure product integrity and performance.
· Prepares detailed reports for local QC and Operations Managers, offering recommendations for process improvements and best practices.
· Coordinates with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to concrete performance and casting quality.
· Maintains a safe and organized work environment by enforcing housekeeping standards.
· Applies industry knowledge and best practices to continuously improve quality control processes and outcomes.
· Records inspection results and observations, using data to suggest enhancements to manufacturing procedures.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:
· Brings at least six years of hands-on experience in quality control.
· Holds certifications including ACI Field Technician Level 1 and PCI Level III, with a strong commitment to maintaining technical proficiency.
· Demonstrates the ability to read and interpret shop drawings and project specifications with accuracy and attention to detail.
· Possesses strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office applications, and uses these tools effectively in daily operations.
· Exhibits solid mathematical skills essential for quality measurements, calculations, and data analysis.
· Capable of working independently while also leading and mentoring a team to achieve quality objectives.
· Skilled in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training staff to ensure consistent execution.
· Communicates clearly and professionally, with strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
· Committed to continuous learning, with the ability to obtain additional technical certifications as needed.
· Holds a high school diploma or equivalent, meeting the foundational educational requirement for the role.
