Assistant Manager needed in a busy office in Elmira, NY.
MUST be able to:
Work Schedule - Monday to Friday (on-site)
Summary:
The Assistant Manager is responsible for he day-to-day operations of the property. The position requires a person who is motivated, flexible and a team player. The ideal candidate will have at least two years experience in the HUD Project Based Voucher program and able to take ownership of their work environment and be able to work independently. (but not a must have)
Responsibilities:
* Supervise the day-to-day operations of the properly, including, but not limited to leasing, maintenance, accounting and customer service
* Manage the daily operations of the office and maintenance staffs including hiring, coaching, performance, training, development and termination
* Ensure all staff is aware of and complies with company policies and procedures pertaining to leasing
* Ensure all resident certifications are completed in a timely fashion
