Location: Beach Club Resort

Department: Beach Club HOA

Status: Full-Time Year-Round

Pay Rate: $16.00

Hours/Days: Friday - Tuesday, 9 am to 5 pm. Off days: Wednesday and Thursday

1. Summary of the main function/purpose of the position:
   The main responsibility of this position is to maintain proper cleanliness of the common areas.

1. Key Principal duties/responsibilities (5-8):

• Cleaning of all common areas, including but not limited to: Breezeways, stairwells,

elevator, fitness center, etc.

• Periodic parking garage cleaning

• Pool area and pool restrooms cleaning

• Grounds cleaning

• Maintain cleaning carts

• Maintain cleaning equipment

• Complete daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual cleaning lists as assigned by the

supervisor and/or managers

Occasional duties or projects which may be performed at irregular intervals:

• Unloading trucks
• Moving material
• Storm preparation
• Other duties as assigned by the management

Records: none

Safety: Perform all assigned tasks safely

Customer Service: Assist customers with any questions/requests

None

V. Educational and/or equivalence in experience requirements:

• High school diploma required.

Specialized or technical educational requirements:

• General cleaning skills, basic maintenance skills

Certification or licensing requirements:

Valid Florida Driver’s License

VI. Specialized equipment or machines used in the course of the duties of the position.

Floor machine, basic cleaning equipment

VII. Physical demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and is required to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, sit, and walk. The employee will be required to reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Ability to lift up to 50 lb.
