About the Role:
Bio-Green Solutions Inc is looking for a dependable and hardworking Full-Time Day Porter to join our team in Charlotte, NC! Responsibilities:
- Perform routine daytime janitorial and porter duties throughout assigned facility
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, restrooms, lobbies, and hallways
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
- Remove trash and recyclables and replace liners throughout the building
- Respond promptly to spills, messes, and cleaning requests from building staff or management
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces on a regular schedule
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors
Requirements:
- Prior experience in janitorial, porter, or custodial services preferred
- Ability to work full-time daytime hours consistently and reliably
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30–50 lbs throughout the shift
- Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
