Metis/Risk Management Programs is looking for a Property Valuator to join our Property Valuations Department.
In this role, you will:
- Conduct property valuations, including a general assessment of value for content and Electronic Data Processing equipment as well as identifying any unique or unusual exposures.
- Prepare detailed reports based on collected data and construction cost analysis.
- Provide a high level of client service to external and internal clients, as well as interfacing with other departments and staff.
- Follow best practices in the Property Valuations Department, ensuring compliance with Company standards and policies, strictly adhering to industry practices and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
- College degree or equivalent industry-related experience required.
- Minimum 1-3 years of property valuation experience or industry-related experience, preferred.
- Working knowledge of property valuations, including general property exposure related information, preferred.
- Comfortable working with word processing and spreadsheet data software, required
Travel is required. Use of a personal vehicle will be necessary to perform the essential functions of the Property Valuator position. Proof of a valid driver’s license, acceptable DMV records, and liability insurance is required.
