Day Porter -- City of Phoenix Trails (Route Position)

Job DescriptionAbout the Role
Oranje Commercial Cleaning is looking for energetic, detail-oriented individuals to join our team maintaining restrooms and facilities across multiple City of Phoenix hiking trailheads. This is a route position — you'll drive a company vehicle between assigned trailhead locations throughout your shift, cleaning and servicing each stop along the way.
Type: Full Time
Location: City of Phoenix Trailheads (multiple sites — route-based)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay: $17.00/hour
What You'll Do
- Drive a set daily route between multiple City of Phoenix trailhead locations
- Perform general janitorial and custodial duties at each stop
- Clean and restock trailhead restrooms — partitions, toilets, and urinals
- Deep clean walls, remove cobwebs (high dusting), sweep and mop floors
- Patrol each site to identify and report maintenance issues
- Complete work orders assigned by the client
- Take on additional tasks as needed
- Strong attention to detail and genuine enjoyment of cleaning work
- Comfort working independently, outdoors, and moving between multiple sites daily
- Reliability and punctuality
- Valid AZ Driver's License, or ability to obtain one
- Acceptable driving record per company insurance policy
- Must pass a drug screening
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass EVerify
