ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily clean and supply designated dealership areas by dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping and showroom, office and restroom cleaning in the GM, Subaru and Lower 40 buildings.
- Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas
- Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Secures the dealership, ensuring building is locked/unlocked as required
- Other duties assigned when needed
