We are seeking experienced Leasing Consultants to help lease apartment communities throughout Kyle, TX, and the surrounding areas.
Both Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available!
Our clients are looking for motivated professionals who enjoy working as part of a team and have a knack for providing warm, welcoming, and exceptional customer service.
Some weekend availability is preferred – Leasing Consultants thrive on the weekends!
Apartment Leasing Qualifications
- At least 6 months of leasing or related experience required.
- Familiarity with Fair Housing laws required.
- Experience with property management software such as YARDI, MRI, ONESITE, RESMAN, etc. is a PLUS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret various forms of information.
- Must be team-oriented while also being able to work independently.
- Bilingual is a PLUS!
Apartment Leasing Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, including residents, prospective residents, and internal team members.
- Respond to internet leads and prospect calls.
- Conduct property tours and highlight community amenities and features.
- Assist with leasing activities and promote available apartments.
- Inspect units for move-ins to ensure they are clean, complete, and ready.
- Review resident files to ensure all required documentation is complete and up to date.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the leasing process.
