Qualifications

- Active or in-progress Real Estate License for Massachusetts, with foundational knowledge of real estate regulations and practices.
- Understanding of real property and real estate concepts, including leasing, sales, and investment fundamentals.
- Demonstrated sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing transactions in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of motivation, professionalism, and integrity, with a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Ability to work on-site across Greater Boston, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort using real estate databases, CRM tools, and basic office software.
- Prior real estate or sales experience is helpful but not required; willingness to participate fully in company training is essential.
