What You’ll Do
- Lead and train maintenance, custodial, and grounds staff
- Oversee daily upkeep of buildings, grounds, and amenities
- Manage service requests and apartment make-readies
- Handle vendor relationships and budgets
- Respond to emergency/after-hours calls as needed
- Ensure OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing compliance
- Provide top-notch customer service to residents
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years as a multifamily Maintenance Supervisor
- HVAC experience + EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required
- Skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general apartment maintenance
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and basic tools
