Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team immediately!
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Respond to and complete maintenance service requests.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing market-ready units, including trash removal from vacant apartments.</li>
<li>Perform assigned maintenance tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, carpentry, and electrical issues, including appliance repairs.</li>
<li>Install locks and make keys as needed.</li>
<li>Replace light bulbs in common areas.</li>
<li>Remove trash from office areas and around the apartment community daily.</li>
<li>Help maintain the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other common areas.</li>
</ul>
What We’re Looking For:

<li>Experience in apartment maintenance is preferred.</li>
<li>Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.</li>
