Job DescriptionPosition: Maintenance Technician Pay Rate: $27.00 per hourSchedule: Week days (Monday through Friday), work can only be performed during the day (between the hours of 9am-3pm and typically takes 3 hours per shift)Overview:Nascence Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our staff and visitors.Responsibilities may include:Cleaning air vents, and replacing filtersChanging light bulbs, and replacing ballastsShampooing carpetsDust, polish, and wipe down furniture and high-touch surfacesSpray buffingStrip and WaxingSafely operate and maintain cleaning tools and power equipmentSecure all doors and facilities after cleaning is completeAdhere to safety standards, including proper chemical usage and handling of cleaning agentsQualifications:Ability to lift, move, and store cleaning supplies and equipmentPhysical capability to walk, stand, kneel, and reach throughout the shiftAbility to read and follow written and verbal instructionsMust work well independently and as part of a teamStrong sense of responsibility and reliabilityPrior experience in janitorial or maintenance services preferredEqual Employment Opportunity:Nascence Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workforce.
