Maintenance Technician

Job DescriptionOur client, a manufacturer in Youngsville, NC, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will bring strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience, along with hands-on pneumatic and hydraulic skills. This is an overnight shift role suited for a technician looking for long-term stability with a growing company.

Job Responsibilities -

- Repair and maintain production machinery, motors, and conveyor systems

- Perform routine preventive maintenance and equipment inspections

- Troubleshoot 480V 3-phase and 24V DC electrical systems

- Diagnose and repair pneumatic and hydraulic components

- Log maintenance activity, repairs, and recurring issues

- Support light welding, fabrication, and facility upkeep

- Maintain a clean, safe work area

- Take on additional maintenance projects as assigned

Job Requirements -

- 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

- Hands-on experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems

- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and supply own hand tools

- High school diploma or GED

- Allen-Bradley PLC experience a plus

- Forklift experience a plus
