Essential Responsibilities
- Maintain production and facility equipment to support continuous manufacturing and minimize unplanned downtime.
- Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment.
- Maintain equipment in accordance with manufacturer standards, and applicable codes.
- Ensure equipment condition supports product safety and contamination prevention.
- Follow all plant safety procedures including LOTO, PPE, and machine guarding.
- Identify and report safety hazards and assist in corrective actions.
- Notify leadership of equipment malfunctions impacting production.
- Assist with general building and facility maintenance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Basic electrical, fabrication, and plumbing knowledge.
- Preventative maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting ability.
- Tow motor operation experience preferred.
- Ability to read safety rules, maintenance manuals, and procedures.
- Strong math, reading, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Flexible shift availability.
