Experience: 5+ years as a Maintenance Supervisor, OR 5–7 years in electrical/electronic maintenance or machine repair in a lead capacity.

Industry: Injection molding / plastics manufacturing facility experience is a key requirement.
\n
Technical background: Electrical systems, hydraulics, industrial machinery, injection molding equipment, and building/facility maintenance.
\n
Leadership: Experience supervising maintenance technicians, assigning work, managing schedules, handling employee issues, and coordinating with production.
\n
Location: Local candidates only. Relocation candidates should not be prioritized.
\n
Education: Associate degree in industrial technology, electrical technology, or equivalent practical experience.
