Compensation:
$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through the entire home buying or selling process
- Follow up with leads consistently using our proven systems
- Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service
- Host team open houses monthly (you keep the leads!)
- Stay organized by managing your time and workflow through our CRM tools
- Engage in weekly team training and ongoing professional development
Qualifications:
- Active Real Estate License
- Full-time availability and a strong desire to grow
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- A tech-savvy approach and comfort with CRM systems
- Strong time management and organization skills
- A self-starter attitude with a team player mindset
- Bonus if you have prior sales experience — but we’re most excited about drive, passion, and coachability
