- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and material handling equipment to support safe and reliable plant operations.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime and overall operational effectiveness.
- Inspect production equipment and systems to identify potential failures, safety hazards, and opportunities for improvement.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings to support troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment installations.
- Fabricate, weld, assemble, and modify mechanical components, guards, brackets, and related equipment as needed.
- Utilize maintenance management systems and computer-based tools to document work performed, submit parts requests, and maintain accurate maintenance records.
