Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician II
Location: Ft Worth TX 76177
Duration: 12 months (possibility of extension)
Schedule: Mo-Fri -7:00 am to 3:30 pm
Description/Position Summary:
Part-time role 24-32 hours with the potential to work up to 40 hours.
- Role is more of a liaison with the vendors that come to the plant to fix Machines etc. but should have experience as a Facilities Maintenance Technician.
- Supports building systems through minor forklift repairs, minor HVAC maintenance and general facility upkeep including painting, plumbing, carpentry and interior and exterior maintenance.
- The technician ensures office spaces; common areas and support rooms remain functional and presentable while minimizing disruption to nearby manufacturing operations.
- In addition, the technician performs preventive maintenance responds to service requests and facility emergencies and ensures compliance with safety regulations, building codes and site-specific manufacturing requirements.
- The role includes documenting work activities coordinating with external vendors for specialized repairs and supporting inspections and emergency procedures contributing to a safe efficient and well-maintained manufacturing office environment.-
