Gillmann Services is hiring an experienced Assistant Superintendent to support ongoing data center construction in Springfield, OH
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise night shift construction activities
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure workflow efficiency
- Enforce jobsite safety standards and company policies
- Track progress and report on nightly production
- Ensure work aligns with project plans, drawings, and specifications
- Communicate with day shift leadership for seamless transition
Qualifications
- 3+ years of construction leadership experience (Foreman, Lead, or Assistant Superintendent)
- Experience on commercial or industrial projects (data center experience a plus)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to work overnight shifts
