We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us.POSITION SUMMARY:The ideal candidates for this position are detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on cleaning and special projects as needed. The Custodian position will follow routine cleaning and maintenance procedures to maintain a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency of facility operations and grounds.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:Follow established safety procedures and techniques to perform job dutiesClean and sanitize office spaces, meeting rooms, bathrooms, and public areasMaintain a cleaning schedule that will include cleaning of floors, trash cans, windows, furniture, equipment, and restroomsMonitors for spills throughout the facility and clean as neededCleans and maintain all bathrooms (toilets, sinks, floors, restock supplies, etc.) Comply with local laws and procedures for storage and disposal of trashComplete special projects, daily assignments and other duties as directed by managementProvide courteous and friendly service to all guests provide answers and directions as needed Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requestsReplenish restroom and janitorial suppliesMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Housekeeping/janitorial experience preferredExperience in sports complexes, arenas or large public venues preferredHigh school diploma/GED requiredWillingness to work a variety of shiftsAbility to work well under minimal supervisionCapacity to take directionStrong attention to detailPhysically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 40 pounds as necessaryMust be available to work a flexible schedule; evenings, nights, weekends, and some holidaysPHYSICAL DEMANDS:May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop or bendAbility to navigate around the facility for long periods of timeFacility has intermittent noise
